COVID-19 Updates

Here at TFCU, the wellbeing of our members and our staff remains our top priority as we continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations from government officials on the steps we can take to help further prevent community spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Branch Operations & Account Access

Until further notice, we will only be servicing members through the Drive-Up lanes at our Taunton & New Bedford branches. A walk-up area is also available for members on foot. All branch lobbies, including our Middleboro location, will be closed.  Additional staff will be available through our call center to provide service and guidance at this time. TFCU Insurance Agency, LLC and TFCU Financial Services, LLC will also be closed. These changes will be in effect until further notice as we take preventative steps to protect our members and staff from the spread of COVID-19.

During this time, we highly recommend that you utilize our Convenience Services whenever possible. These services include Online Banking, Mobile Banking & Telephone Banking, as well as Mobile Deposit which is available through our app. These services allow you to perform most of your daily banking needs from the comfort of your home.

If you need access to cash or other physical banking services, please know that we are committed to servicing you at our open locations. You are similarly welcome to use our ATMs, which are located throughout Taunton, Middleboro & New Bedford. TFCU is also a participant of the SUM Network, which allows you to utilize a wider reaching ATM network surcharge free.  A list of these locations is available at www.sum-atm.com

If you have a need for lending services during this time, you can visit our website to apply for a loan online or call and speak with a Call Center Specialist. Our Call Center will continue to be staffed by employees who are ready to assist you. TFCU is prepared to remain your lender of choice through this crisis and has expanded its product availability to include Emergency Loans for those experiencing hardship.

Financial Assistance Programs

TFCU has committed $250,000 in emergency loans to our membership who might be facing financial hardship at this time.
