Here at TFCU, the wellbeing of our members and our staff remains our top priority as we continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations from government officials on the steps we can take to help further prevent community spread of the COVID-19 virus.
For this reason, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we will only be servicing members through the Drive-Up lanes at our Taunton & New Bedford branches. A walk-up area is also available for members on foot. All branch lobbies, including our Middleboro location, will be closed. Additional staff will be available through our call center to provide service and guidance at this time. TFCU Insurance Agency, LLC and TFCU Financial Services, LLC will also be closed. These changes will be in effect until further notice as we take preventative steps to protect our members and staff from the spread of COVID-19.
During this time, we highly recommend that you utilize our Convenience Services whenever possible.
