For assistance with your accounts, we recommend utilizing the Secure Message Center located within Online Banking. 

To access your inbox, LOGIN and click or tap on the MORE tab. Then select SECURE MESSAGE. 

One of our representatives will respond to your request as soon as possible. Messages received after hours or on weekends will be responded to on the next business day.

Lost or stolen VISA® Debit Cards should be reported by calling (508) 824-6466.  If calling after hours, please follow the prompts which will forward you to the Client Contact Center.  

To access Telephone Banking, please call (508) 824-6466 and follow the prompts which will forward you to Joy, our Telephone Banking System. 

Faxes can be sent to the credit union through (508) 824-0050
