CUFCU Visa Credit Card Login

Once your account has been switched to TFCU, you’ll be able to access TFCU’s Online Banking system. Our system gives you control of your finances and makes banking convenient for you!

  • Enroll in TFCU’s Online Banking
    • To enroll in TFCU’s Online Banking system, visit tauntonfcu.com and click LOGIN or use our Mobile App available in the AppleTM and GooglePlayTM stores. 
      • You will need the following information:
        • Member Number (your CUFCU savings account number)
        • Social security number
        • Date of birth
  • Access TFCU's Bill Pay
    • To access TFCU’s Bill Pay system, login to Online Banking and select MY FINANCE. Then, select BILL PAY. You can then begin setting up payees and making payments!
  • Download TFCU’s Mobile App

To assist you with navigating TFCU’s Online Banking system, here are some of our most frequently asked about topics. 

  • Telephone Banking
    • Access to our Telephone Banking System, JOY, is available by calling (508) 824-6466 and pressing option 7 to be redirected. Please be aware that JOY may only be accessed from the phone used to enroll in the service. 
  • Statements & Documents
    • Enroll in eStatements & eNotices by logging in to Online Banking and navigating to the MORE tab. Then select STATEMENTS to enroll by accepting the user agreement and performing a document check to ensure that you are able to view PDFs on your device. Once completed, you can view your statements & documents online. 
  • Bill Pay
    • Bill Pay is available in the MY FINANCE tab by selecting BILL PAY
    • Joint owners are able to enroll in Bill Pay under their own Online Banking username. 
    • You will be able to see how your payment will be made based on the icon displayed next to the Payee’s name. The lightning bolt indicates an electronic payment whereas the envelope indicates that it will be mailed. The Payee determines if they will accept a payment electronically or by check. TFCU cannot alter the payment type, however you can call the payee directly and inquire with them about their ability to accept payments electronically. 
    • If payments are made electronically, the funds will be withdrawn from your account within 1 business day. If payments are mailed, the funds will be withdrawn from your account when the check clears through the vendor. Please view your payment history for expected delivery dates to your vendor. 
  • External Account Transfers
    • You can set up a transfer to or from a Savings or Checking account at another financial institution by logging in to Online Banking and navigating to the MY FINANCE tab. Select MY RECIPIENTS. Next, select the ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT button and input the requested information. Once completed, you will need to verify the account with micro deposits which are received within 1-2 business days.
  • Making Loan Payments at another institution
    • If you are looking to make a non-TFCU loan payment from your TFCU account, you will not be able to use the External Account feature to set up these payments. You may use one of the following options: 
      • Set up an ACH origination with TFCU to make your payments at TFCU or another institution. 
      • Utilize our Bill Pay service to pay your bill at another institution
  • Making TFCU Loan Payments from another institution
    • To make a payment to your TFCU loan from another institution, please visit tauntonfcu.com and click on the LOAN PAYMENTS button at the top of the page. If you previously used this system, you will have to enroll again and set up any recurring payments. If you are having trouble locating your account, please make sure that your e-mail address matches what is on file with TFCU. If you are having trouble, please contact us.
